The Green Concord Organization has discussed this very issue on numerous occaisions, and we agree unanimously that NO, just because a company has "greenwashed" its image doesn't make it a green company. There are many levels of green, but some industries are simply greener than others. Just because a salon uses natural botanical styling products doesn't make them green; what about their water consumption, electric useage, etc.?
